Sundried Tomato Parmesan & Garlic Hummus

- 1 (398mL) can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp OLiV Sundried Tomato, Parmesan & Garlic EVOO
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 garlic glove, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- Garnish with thyme
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until creamy consistency is reached.
- Add to a small bowl and garnish with thyme.
